Notice to all riders
The stewards team welcomes all riders to the CSI of CABOURG. We are here to assist all of you to prepare and have a great competition.
Horse inspection will be held on Thursday , 2nd of June, from 13.00 am to 17.30 for all horses. Horse Re Inspection on Friday from 6.30 to 7.00.
It’s compulsory for all horses to take part in this inspection, based on the Horse Inspection Schedule.
Stable opening hours from 05.30 am to 11.00 pm. All horses have to stay at the allocated stable box. Bridle number must be worn while horses are leaving their stable.
Injections or treatments are not allowed inside the stables unless authorized by the FEI Delegate Veterinarian.
Training sessions in the warm up arena available from 06.00. For further details, please refer to the daily training schedule.
Based on the FEI Stewarding Annex XIV, effective from 1st July 2014, and updated on February 2017, athletes are to be made aware that hind boots check will take place during the competitions. The Hind Boots must be removed and placed again on the horse’s legs in the presence of a steward. After checking, all further hind boot adjustments must be shown in front of the assigned steward.
Boots and bandage control will be conducted immediately after the competition.
Prize giving ceremony
Riders who are placed 1st to 8th are requested to present themselves for the prize giving ceremony at each competition. We will appreciate that you bring your winning horse in time for this ceremony.
Neat and tidy dress (shorts and sandals will be not allowed) for course walking and horse inspection will be highly recommended. (See Art.256.1.2 FEI JR.)
Please observe the FEI Jumping Rules, General Regulation, Vet Regulation, Statutes, Anti-Doping for Human Athletes, Equine Anti-Doping and Controlled Medication Regulations at all times.
