From 2026, Al Shira'aa becomes the title partner of Chantilly Classic, with Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan as honorary president. “My mission is to make our sport accessible to as many people as possible. By financially supporting historic competitions and encouraging new generations to participate, we are helping to create a fairer environment for show jumping riders worldwide. By partnering with Chantilly Classic, we are supporting an event that celebrates sporting excellence, and we are proud to contribute to its success for years to come,” says Sheikha Fatima bint Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, founder of Al Shira'aa. “Collaborating with Al Shira'aa, a global symbol of excellence and generosity in equestrian sport, is both an honor and a source of pride,” adds Vincent Goehrs, president of GRANDPRIX Events. “Together, we share the same ambition: to preserve the legacy of this historic competition in the heart of Chantilly, while opening it up to a new generation of riders and spectators.” Already a partner of prestigious competitions such as Hamburg and Hickstead, Al Shira'aa is extending its reach to France, contributing to the promotion of show jumping and providing access to competition for young international riders. Already victorious on Thursday, the French duo clinched the 4* Chantilly Classic Grand Prix after a thrilling jump-off in front of packed stands. The fastest of the five double clear rounds, they finished one second ahead of Briton Scott Brash, a two-time Olympic champion, and Nicolas Delmotte (FRA), in great form on Jordan Molga M. A prestigious victory in an absolutely magical setting, against an elite field of Olympic champions and rising stars.

With a performance combining singing, piano, and freedom, the duo moved the audience and garnered 224 votes, beating the other two finalists, Leslie and Sabrina. The Chantilly Classic brought together the biggest names in world show jumping in a unique setting opposite the château. Briton Scott Brash (GBR), two-time Olympic team champion, American Laura Kraut (USA), medalist in Aachen this year, and Olivier Philippaerts (BEL) and Pedro Veniss (BRA) put on a great show. On the French side, Olympic champions Kevin Staut, Roger-Yves Bost, and Pénélope Leprévost were there, accompanied by Olivier Perreau, who had just medaled in Paris, Alexa Ferrer, and Nicolas Delmotte. After several months of meticulous work by Michel Poncelet and his teams, the Chantilly Classic grass field has now reached an unprecedented level of density and quality. Thanks to an intensive regeneration program carried out since winter—scarification, re-seeding, fertilization, watering, and regular mowing—the turf has undergone a transformation. The result? A deeply rooted, dense, and homogeneous field, ready to host the finest show jumping events. This new green carpet now combines aesthetics and performance, offering rider-horse combinations an ideal surface, combining flexibility, stability, and safety. With just a few weeks to go before Chantilly Classic 2025, the grass field is ready to write a new page of history.
