Communauté d’agglomération du Pays de Fontainebleau is a Public Establishment of Intercommunal Cooperation.
As such, it allows the various municipalities that make it up to jointly manage public services or equipment, but also to develop planning, town planning or economic development projects.
The urban community of the Pays de Fontainebleau has four identities: The Seine, the forest, the sandstone and the agricultural areas.
Central axis of tourist development in southern Seine-et-Marne, its unique natural setting and exceptional historical heritage are undeniable assets. 22,000 hectares of forest, 5 villages of character (Barbizon, Bourron-Marlotte, Samois-sur-Seine, Boissy-aux Cailles, and Noisy-sur-École), more than 75 monuments listed in the inventory of historical monuments….

FFE – Fédération Française d’Equitation (FFE) is an association under the 1901 law ensuring the management, promotion and development of equestrian disciplines in France.
It also contributes to the selection of sport and leisure horses. The FFE is a member of the Fédération Equestre Internationale (FEI) and of the French National Olympic and Sports Committee.
Through the Clubs which are its members, the statutory missions of the FFE relate to the issuance of licenses, the organization of training and the issuance of federal diplomas, the development of sporting regulations and the High Level in the various equestrian disciplines.

Grand Parquet-Fontainebleau, is a unique site, entirely dedicated to equestrian events, corporate and nature events.
This mythical place saw the construction of all the sporting and equestrian glories of the 20th century.
This event site is modern, functional, it fits perfectly into its natural and remarkable environment: the forest of Fontainebleau.
Recognized by professionals as one of the most beautiful competition venues in Europe, today it is an event venue in its own right, capable of hosting all types of sporting or professional events and events for the general public.
Spread over 30 hectares, the site can accommodate up to 10,000 people. The Petit Parquet has been completely redone in sand with capillary irrigation and, this year, the Carrière des Princes and the Carrière de Diane have merged.
